What if we are several, who got delayed together?

No problem! 
You are easily able to create a case including both you and and your fellow travellers. Please note that Refundmore first legally become able to handle the case, when all passengers have signed and agreed to that Refundmore have permission to submit a compensation claim to the airline, on your behalf. 

How to create a case together: 
1. Enter your flight information and please inform the number of passengers. 
2. Enter names and contact information. 
3. Sign and agree to that Refundmore have permission to represent you against the airline. 

After creating a case, you will have to upload your booking confirmation. When there are several passengers in same case, there may be more than one booking confirmation to upload. Please upload one at time by clicking “select file” or drag the file into the box. The next step, is to click and select the passengers who appear on the uploaded booking confirmation. 

When all passengers have signed and uploaded the necessary documents, Refundmore will immediately start investigating the case and submit the claim to the airline.
