Please choose the date that your original flight tickets say you should have departed. If your original tickets said, as an example, the 4th July and your actual departure date were the 5ft July, please choose the 4th of July as your departure date.
You probably experienced a cancellation if you flew with a flight with a different flight number then the one on your ticket. In case of a cancellation, we kindly ask you to inform us of what time you were informed that the flight was canceled.

Even though you are not entitled to compensation, the airlines are entitled to pay hotel if you need to wait longer, phone calls, food, and beverages while you wait.
