(hereinafter referred to as ”Refundmore”) 

to act on my behalf under the following terms and conditions:

1. Refundmore shall act as my attorney and as my representative with regards to my claim for compensation, reimbursement of flight ticket as well as any refund of expenses towards the carrying airline in connection with the disruptions to air travel prompting my claim in accordance with any relevant laws and regulations including EC Regulation 261/2004 and The Air Passenger Rights and Air Travel Organiser's Licensing regulations 2019.
   
   
2. I grant Refundmore exclusive rights to represent me towards the airline including submitting my rightful claim, pursue my claim through relevant National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs), alternative dispute resolution bodies and/or relevant general courts of law having jurisdiction in relation to my claim, to collect and receive payment from the airline, to enter into extrajudicial settlements with the airline, to execute legal proceedings against the airline for failure to honour a settlement, and in general to collect my claim through relevant judicial and other channels including through the intervention of bailiffs. 
   
   
3. I give my explicit consent that all communication with the airline shall be handled exclusively by and through Refundmore for the duration of this authorisation.
   
   
4. I agree that valid discharge of my claim can only be rendered by payment in full of my claim directly to Refundmore as far as my claim against the airline is concerned, and that only payment in full to Refundmore shall discharge the airline from their obligations in accordance to the relevant laws and regulations including EC Regulation 261/2004.
   
   
5. Further to the above, I agree that I shall not be independently entitled to raise my claim toward the airline once the airline has made appropriate payment in full of my claim directly to Refundmore, and I grant Refundmore the exclusive right to receive payment on my behalf in lieu of my claim towards the airline. 
   
   
6. I agree that Refundmore may request access to my personal information, and particularly sensitive information, which the airline has on record, in accordance with article 15 in the Regulation 679/2016, if this information is required to pursue my claim against the airline.
   
   
7. This Special Authorisation does not authorise Refundmore to act on my behalf in any other matters than the claim covered by this authorisation.
