Since 2015, Refundmore has helped over 230,000 passengers. Together with Flightright we work to enforce your claim in the most efficient way across Europe's borders. By signing this document, you transfer your claim to Flightright, who will then handle your case against the airline. When you sign your case digitally on Refundmore.com, you accept the terms of the Notice of Assignment below. Once your case is created, we will send the signed version of the Notice of Assignment to the airline, so they also know the case is being handled by Flightright. 


Notice of assignment

I (“the Assignor”) hereby irrevocably assign to Refundmore’s parent company Flightright GmbH, Revaler Str. 28, 10245 Berlin, Germany, full ownership and the legal entitlement to my compensation and reimbursement claims against the operating airline (“Airline”) arising out of EC Regulation 261/04, the British Air Passenger Rights and Air Travel Organiser's Licensing regulations 2019 or from contract as well as statutory claims for damages applicable under national law in the matter of the above stated flight disruption (“Claim”).

The assignment includes all related rights and benefits including, but not limited to, the right to sending a legal claim and payment reminder as well as issue a subpoena, conduct judicial or extrajudicial negotiations, or initiate enforcement court proceedings in its own name in order to collect the Claim.

I declare that I have not assigned the Claim to a third party. I hereby waive the need for receiving a statement of acceptance.

Furthermore, I hereby notify the Airline that I have assigned the Claim to Flightright GmbH and instruct the Airline to pay the Claim solely to Flightright GmbH or another person or entity authorised by Flightright.

In consideration of the assignment the Assignor shall receive a claim to payment of the enforced Claim, less a separately agreed commission.


Abtretung

Hiermit trete ich (“ der Zedent”) meine Ausgleichs- und Erstattungsansprüche, die sich aus der EU-Fluggastrechteverordnung 261/2004, der britischen Air Passenger Rights and Air Travel Organiser's Licensing regulations 2019, aus nationalen gesetzlichen Schadensersatzansprüchen sowie aus Vertrag hinsichtlich des oben genannten Flugproblems gegen die ausführende Fluggesellschaft (“Airline”) ergeben (”Forderung”) unwiderruflich an die Muttergesellschaft von Refundmore, Flightright GmbH Revaler Str. 28, 10245 Berlin ab.

Die Abtretung umfasst alle Nebenrechte und Surrogate, insbesondere das Recht die Forderung gegenüber dem Anspruchsgegner im eigenen Namen außergerichtlich sowie gerichtlich geltend zu machen und jegliche Art von Verhandlungen zu führen und Vergleiche abzuschliessen.

Ich sichere zu, die Forderung nicht bereits an einen Dritten abgetreten zu haben. Ich verzichte hiermit auf den Zugang der Annahmeerklärung.

Ich zeige hiermit gegenüber der Airline an, dass ich die Forderung an die Flightright GmbH abgetreten habe und weise sie an, jegliche Zahlungen auf die Forderung ausschliesslich an die Flightright GmbH oder ihre Bevollmächtigten zu leisten.

Als Gegenleistung für die Abtretung erhält der Zedent einen Anspruch auf Auszahlung der durchgesetzten Forderung abzüglich einer seperat vereinbarten Provision.
