What are your fees

Refundmore work from the principle of "No Cure - No Pay".

This means that our service is free of charge for you, if you are not entitled to compensation or a refund.

If Refundmore wins the case you will pay a service fee equivalent of a maximum of 30 % of the compensation and 

refund amount, which has been gained. 

If Refundmore finds it necessary to send the case to court in order to receive the payment from the airline, an extra

court fee equivalent to a maximum of 15 % will be added to the pricing. This is due to the extra work which the internal 

and external lawyers and paralegals will be carrying out to win your case. 

It is free of risk for our clients as Refundmore does not charge any fee if the claim does not lead to a payment - whether 

the case has been sent to court or not.

You can gain an overview below on how the fee is calculated, in case your claim concerns compensation.

The Service Fee is per passenger and calculated from the flight distance:

Distance between departure- and destination airport less than 1.500 km: €75

Distance between departure- and destination airport betw.1.500 and 3.500 km: €120

Distance between departure- and destination airport more than 3.500 km: €180

If the compensation is halved, our Service Fee is equally halved:

Distance between departure- and destination airport under 1.500 km: €37,50

Distance between departure- and destination airport betw. 1.500 and 3.500 km: €60

Distance between departure- and destination airport more than 3.500 km: €90

Court Case Fee

In case ít will be necessary to sdend your case to court an additional court case fee will be added, due to the extra 

work in court and the econimical risks that Refundmore take to win your case.

The Court Case Fee is 15 % of the claimed amount for your compensation/refund.

For our clients who open a case on our Danish website, Flyhjælp.dk, the court case fee is equivalent to a 

maximum of 15 % of the claimed amount.
