Refundmore’s permission to represent you

All passengers or their guardians, must sign a power of attorney before Refundmore will be able to handle their case, and to represent them against the airline. 


Once the the necessary documents is signed, the claim is transferred to Refundmore, which means that passengers aftwerwards to longer are allowed to be in contact with airline. 

All communication with the airline regarding the case and the specific flight disruption, must be done through Refundmore. 

Refundmore has committed to complete the case in the best possible way, and will not make any arrangements with airline, which might bring you financial disadvantaged. Our goal is always to gain the entitled compensation. 

We will end the case:

  • When Refundmore have received your entitled compensation and when you have paid our fee. 
  • If our technical evidence points to that you are not eligible for compensation.

Please notice, that some airlines may contact the passenger directly, although they are not allowed to this. The airlines purpose of the approach might be to conclude a settlement, which may not always be in the interests of the passenger. 

If you receive any inquiries by the airline, please do not respond and immediately inform Refundmore of the inquiry.

If you a are entitled for compensation, you must pay Refundmore a  fee of 30%, whether you  you get your compensation paid through Refundmore or directly by the airline.
