How long does it take before I receive the compensation?

Firstly, Refundmore will investigate whether you are eligible for compensation. 

If it turns out you are eligible for compensation and the airline acknowledge our claim, you may be able to receive the compensation within a few weeks.
If the airline rejects our claim, Refundmore will have to bring your case to the right judicial bodies - which unfortunately may take up to 1 ½ year. 

Most of the passengers that Refundmore have assisted, have received their compensation in between 2 - 6 months after Refundmore submitted the claim to the airline. 
But please have in mind, that it may both go faster or much slower.

If you are not eligible for compensation as it turns out, that the airline was not solely responsible for the flight disruption or if no NEB are unable to handle case, unfortunately, we will have to end your case and our service have been free of charge. 

Once Refundmore wins the case and the airline has transferred us the compensation, Refundmore will immediately transfer your share of the collected compensation directly to your bank account. 

If the airline transfer the compensation directly to your bank account, you must inform Refundmore about the transfer and state the exact amount you received. 
Our legal lawyers will then check up on, that the airline transferred the correct amount. 

The case is only considered as completed, when the airline has paid out the claimed compensation. Once it is Refundmore’s assessment that you have received the full amount, and our fee for the done work in association to your case, has been paid, the case will be considered as completed and we will end it.
