Can I use Refundmore if I have contacted the airline myself?

You may register you case if the airline has rejected your claim, if you are still waiting for a reply, or don’t feel like waiting anymore. If we have contacted the airline, and you subsequently receive payment from the airline, you will still have to pay our fee.
It is impossible to say if your claim or our claim resulted in payment from the airline. According to our terms, you always must pay our fee, if we have sent a claim to the airline, and you subsequently receive payment.


Please note, that you shouldn’t contact the airline after registering your case on our website. However, feel free to communicate with the airline regarding expenses for hotel, food & drinks, and taxi/transportation, as these expenses are not part of our claim against the airline.
