Behind every flight claim is a real journey
When a flight is delayed or cancelled, the situation can quickly be reduced to the number of hours delayed and the reason for the disruption.
But for the passenger, it looks very different.
It might mean children having to wait at the airport until late at night. A holiday that ends up being several days shorter than planned. An important appointment you won’t make it home in time for. Or extra hotel, transport and food costs that you hadn’t planned on.
That’s why we’ve compiled some of our customers’ stories.
We’d like to show how flight disruptions are experienced by the people who are actually affected by them, whilst also making it easier to understand what rights you may have as an air passenger.
We work with air passengers’ rights every day
Refundmore assists passengers who have experienced problems with their flight.
These may include cases such as:
Delayed flights – When a flight arrives significantly later than scheduled.
Cancelled flights – When the scheduled flight does not take place.
Denied boarding – When a passenger is not allowed to board the flight, even though they have a valid booking.
Our work involves assessing each individual case and helping the passenger to assert their rights against the airline.

From flight disruption to case closure
1. Something goes wrong with the flight
For example, the flight is delayed, cancelled, or the passenger is denied boarding.
Not all flight disruptions entitle you to compensation. That is why the specific flight and the cause of the problem are crucial.
2. Refundmore investigates the case
When a customer submits their flight details to us, we investigate the flight, including the route, the duration of the total delay and the cause of the disruption.
On this basis, we can assess whether there are grounds for claiming compensation from the airline.
3. We take the case forward
If the case meets the criteria, we help the customer claim the compensation.
This means that the customer does not have to deal with the airline or handle the case themselves.
Have you experienced a flight delay or cancellation yourself?
If your flight was delayed or cancelled, you can check whether you are entitled to compensation.
It only takes a few minutes to enter the details of your flight and find out if we can help you.
